Thiel Real Estate offers full service management from start to finish. Our staff handles the showings of your home and the tenant screening for higher quality tenants.

Our in house maintenance staff and our network of contractors help keep your repair costs low. Plus, good maintenance and repairs keep tenants happy and preserve the value of your investment.

Once the tenant is placed, our state of the art accounting system allows you 24 hour access to all of your accounting reports. We can pay any bills, including but not limited to mortgage, landscape, insurance, etc.. to assist you with your home ownership!

We also conduct complete and thorough routine inspections to ensure the property is being cared for and that there are no unreported repair problems.

Our fee schedule is broken into 3 parts. Placement, Management & Legal.

  1. The Placement fee is 6% (4% if we bring in the tenant or if we don’t place it in the MLS) of the first years lease amount.
  2. Management fee is 7% of the monthly rent or $100 which ever is greater.
  3. From time to time there is a need to evict a tenant or other legal issues and that fee is based on each situation and is discussed prior to any action.
